Join us for our next Wellness Wednesday featuring Barre on the Patio with Pure Barre! Start your day with a self-care break to focus on your breathing and challenge your body. We’ll have some mats to share, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer, along with any blocks, straps, bands, or other accessories you use in your practice.
- 9:00 am | Arrive and find your favorite spot, refill your water, enjoy snacks, and socialize with your colleagues
- 9:30 am | Class Begins
- 10:30 am | Class Ends, cool down with some water and snacks and socialize before heading back to the office
Come as you are, stay as long as you are able!
