Two Discovery Square
Built for What’s Next: Two Discovery Square
Two Discovery Square will amplify the Discovery Square District as the epicenter of what’s next in the life sciences. Digital infrastructure, security and flexibility are inherent in the building’s design as are abundant common spaces and intentional traffic flow to facilitate structured serendipity among tenants and guests from throughout Rochester’s vibrant medical community.
As the first WiredScored-Certified building in Rochester, Two Discovery Square will enable digital diagnostics and analyses, imaging, artificial intelligence (AI), and research and development well into the future.
Mortenson is now leasing the 125,000-square-foot building for occupancy in 2022.
Spaces Custom-Designed to Your Needs
With robust infrastructure to accommodate uses from offices to labs to imaging and biomedical manufacturing, Two Discovery Square offers flexibility to meet the specific needs of your company. Interest in Two Discovery Square has been strong and leases are being signed ahead of spring 2022 occupancy.
The Mortenson design team anticipated the needs of medical specialties by specifying:
